Having just completed training another group of salespeople
in one of my Six Steps To Solid Sales Success courses the feedback was, as
usual, very insightful. The class members pointed out that while some of the
less technical elements in my course should be common knowledge they are much
too often forgotten by the sales professional and can be a major difference
between success and failure.
